Our cleaning policy includes thorough disinfection of high-touch surfaces, complete cleanup of the makeup and dressing area, trash removal, and sanitizing of common areas like restrooms and the kitchen. We take pride in maintaining a clean and organized studio that’s always production-ready.
We do ask that guests gather personal belongings and return any furniture or equipment used to its original place, but the rest is on us. Whether you’re wrapping a long shoot day or coordinating a team, you can leave knowing the cleanup is already taken care of. It’s just one more way we help simplify your production process.
At Bridge City Media, we aim to make your booking experience smooth and flexible. Our cancellation policy is very flexible — you can cancel up to 24 hours before your scheduled start time for a full refund, including all fees. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable.
